Refund & Return Policy

1. 7-Day Inspection Period

Every purchase includes a 7-calendar-day inspection period starting from the date of delivery. During this window, you should thoroughly inspect the vehicle or equipment against its listing description, photos, video walkarounds, and independent inspection report.

Requests made after the 7-Day Inspection Period has closed are not eligible for a return under this section.

2. 12-Month Guarantee

Every qualifying purchase is additionally covered by a 12-Month Guarantee, valid for up to 12 months, 1,000 operating hours, or 20,000 km — whichever occurs first — starting from the date of delivery.

Covered: major mechanical components affected by a defect that existed at the time of delivery and was not disclosed in the listing.

Not covered (explicitly excluded):

• Normal wear and tear, routine servicing, fluids, tyres, and other consumable parts
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, or lack of maintenance after delivery
• Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised third parties
• Pre-existing conditions clearly disclosed in the listing or inspection report
• Cosmetic wear consistent with the item's stated age, mileage, or condition rating

Where a covered defect is confirmed, we will — at our discretion — arrange repair, part replacement, or an appropriate remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

• Your registered account email
• Order / auction listing reference
• Delivery date
• A detailed description of the issue, along with photos or video where possible

5. Processing & Timeline

Valid requests are typically reviewed within 48–72 hours of submission.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — bank wire transfer — within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and verified.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
